• Register and pay online up to 24 hours in advance.*
• Up to 365 test days each year globally

• Single 3 hour session (optional 10 minute break).
• Test comprises 3 parts: Speaking and writing; Reading, Listening
• Computer based and 100% computer marked.
• Results Available is 5 business days or less (typically).
• Unlimited number of institutions free. Results are available online.

PTE Academic Score Report

The PTE Academic Score Report is published within 5 days after taking the test. To view your score simply log on to your PearsonPTE account, view socre and send to as many institutions as you wish

• Login to your account.
• Click 'View Score Reports'.
• Click 'Send Scores'.
• Type the name of your chosen institution in the field marked 'Institution / Organization / Department / School' and click 'Search'.
• Tick the box next to the institution's name when it appears in the list.
• Review your details then scroll down the page and click 'Next' and then 'Next' again to confirm.
• Repeat for each institution. You can send your score to as many institutions as you like for free.

Applying for a visa to work or study in Australia or New Zealand

If, when booking your test, you ticked either of the boxes asking for scores to be allocated to the DHA (Australia) or INZ (New Zealand) your score will have been automatically sent to them.

How to book a PTE Academic Test Date

If you don’t have a Pearson account:

• Go to http://pearsonpte.com/book-now/ read all the information on the page. In order to book your PTE Academic test, you will need to complete the following:
• Click ‘Sign in Now’ & enter your details. Once you have successfully logged in, click ‘PTE-A: Pearson Test of English Academic’ under Exam Catalogue.
• Select ‘Schedule Exams’ on the right hand side.
• Provide answers to all the required questions then click ‘Next’
• Select your desired location and click ‘Next’. Search for available dates and times.
• Once you have confirmed your location, date & time you will be asked to review your booking information and proceed to checkout.
• Confirm all the details and make full payment to secure your booking.
• Once you have completed your booking you will receive an email confirmation. The email will contain details on test center location, directions of how to get there and a few points to remember on the test day.
