How to Register

To register, please sign in with your Account if you have .On the day of the course , you’ll log in with this same account to connect with the GrowSkills team and fellow attendees. Need help? you can direct contact us by WhatsApp , Telegram , facebook or E-mail . 

1. Decide which course(s) you want to do. Please check:

  • that the dates are correct. Please remember the restrictions on the starting dates of some of our courses.
  • that you are suitable for the course. Check age, level of English, working background and language objectives. To determine your level of English, you can take our online English test. 
  • that you are familiar with all of the fees, including registration fees. Check the fees by clicking on Brochure and Prices page.

2. Send your registration details to us in one of the 2 following ways:

Important information for accommodation :- 

1- Please remember that we need full details of your accommodation needs.

2- We will confirm the arrangements as soon as possible - usually the same day although accommodation normally takes a little longer to arrange.

3- We understand that travel details may not be available at the time of booking, but if you are requesting an airport transfer, please make sure that you let us have them in good time.

4- When we confirm your course we will send you a pre-course questionnaire. Please ensure that you fill it in and return it to us as soon as possible. This helps us to check that the course is right for you, and also helps us to prepare your course properly.

5- Please make sure that you give us telephone contact information in case we need to speak to you. This might be because we want to discuss which course is most suitable for you, or because something has changed and we need to tell you about it.

6- If you are going into school homestay and we are arranging an airport pick-up for you we will tell your homestay host. If you are travelling independently it is very important that you tell them when you will arrive or they may be out when you get there.

7- Please ensure that full payment reaches us 30 days before the start of your course.

3. How to Pay

Payment for courses and accommodation may be made in any of the following ways:

  • ​Payment by credit card , This is the easiest and quickest way to pay. We accept the following cards: 
    ( Visa , MasterCard, Amex , Diners ) 
  • You will need to give us the following information: 
    1- Card number
    2- Expiry date
    3- Name of the card holder
    4- Address of the card holder (this must match the registered address of the card)
    5- 3-digit security code (the last 3 digits on the back of the card)

Paying with a credit card * The best method to use to pay your application fee is electronically on this website using a credit or bank card. It is the quickest and most secure way of getting your payment to us. ** Terms and Conditions of Payment

Before you register and pay for your course, please make sure you read our terms and conditions. 

In particular please be aware of our rules, below, regarding cancelling or postponing your course.

Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange suitable insurance to avoid losing fees in the event of unavoidable cancellation or postponement.

* Cancelling or postponing a course before you start it

If you want to cancel a course, you must do so in writing. You may cancel on the following conditions:

  1. more than 15 working days’ (Monday–Friday) notice before the course begins: no penalty
  2. 6 working days to 8working days’ notice before the course begins: 50% penalty
  3. less than 6 working days’ notice before the course begins: 100% penalty.

Each minimum period is regarded as a separate course. (See paragraph 1 above).

If you want to postpone a course, you must do so in writing. You may postpone on the following conditions:

  • you must pay the full course fees by the original starting date of the course booked, and
  • you must take the postponed course within 1 month of the original starting date.

If you postpone a booking, we will give you a credit towards the postponed booking as follows:

  • 6 working days’ notice or more before the course begins: 100% credit of course fees paid
  • less than 6 working days’ notice before the course begins: 50% credit of course fees paid.

If you cancel your booking because of a visa refusal, we will refund any fees that you have paid if you send us a copy of the visa refusal letter issued by the British Embassy/Consulate. You must do this at least 3 working days before your course is due to start. If you notify us later, we reserve the right to charge you in line with our normal cancellation terms. If you cancel less than 5 working days before your arrival date, and homestay has been arranged, you must pay for 1 week’s accommodation, and the accommodation placement fee, even if your cancellation is caused by a visa refusal. Please note that it is your responsibility to apply for your visa in good time.

Refund Policy :- 

1- Placement test fees are non- refundable. 
2- No refunds will be made after the second class . 
3- If cancellation occurs before the beginning of the course, or after the first session 75 % of the fees are refundable . 
4- If cancellation occurs by the second session, the fees are , non - refundable . 
5- For private courses and individual sessions , Registers are allowed to cancel only once time before 48 hours of sessions, and fees will be afforded by the registered . 
6- Registers must follow the schedule determined by GrowSkills Admission staff .
7- For private individuals sessions, registers must pay for 3 sessions at least 72 hours before the first session. 
8- For courses registers must pay the total fees before the beginning of the course .
9- For courses in group registers must follow tge scheduale determined by GrowSkills and in case of absence ," GrowSkills is NOT responsible for the absent clases " . 
10- The minimum pass rate not less than 70 % . 
11- If failed the minimum attendance percentage , retaking the level with a 40% off discount put Payment are non- refundable. 
12- Minimum beginning class is 6 persons and maximum 15 persons . 
13- The package payment are due before the 1st session. 
 
After Payment of your Tuition Fees :- 
1- The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address registered in the Student Portal.within one day 
2- When GrowSkills Institute receives payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the student with The materials and Access within 2 days of Working hours .
3- After the the third process to start with your Own date cordinated before with Admission staff by E-mail or by Calling with Skype Account (GrowSkills) or Hangout .
